Warranty

Every Charisma Ring has a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What it covers

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• A battery that stops holding a charge
• Sensors or lights that stop working
• A charging cradle that stops working

What it doesn't cover

• Scratches, dents and normal wear
• Damage from accidents, drops, crushing or misuse
• Loss or theft
• Repairs or changes made by anyone other than Anywhere Healing

How to make a claim

1. Email contact@anywherehealing.com with your order number and a short description of the problem; a photo or video helps.
2. We reply within 2 business days, usually with a few quick checks to try first.
3. If the ring is covered, we repair or replace it at no cost, including shipping.
